Two oscillators that measure momentum differently are more reliable than just one. Edo Momentum Confluence coordinates TRIX and MACD into a single read.
How to read it
The system compares the TRIX (smoothed, slow and clean momentum) with the MACD (more reactive). When both point in the same direction, the momentum signal is strong; when they contradict each other, momentum is in dispute and it's best to wait.
How to use it in practice
Use it as double confirmation. You look for TRIX and MACD to agree with your context before acting: the MACD gives you the early warning, the TRIX confirms it's not noise. The disagreement between the two is, in itself, a signal of caution.
When not to rely on it alone
Two oscillators are still oscillators: they saturate in strong trends. Double confirmation reduces false signals, but it doesn't replace reading structure and context.
